Terms of Service:

License: Our digital products are licensed for use by our members during the subscription period. During this period, members have exclusive access to digital flip-books and printable books and materials. When the subscription period ends, the digital access ends. Any printed books in a customer’s possession may continued being used for the student(s) the customer worked with while the subscription was active.

Logins: Three concurrent logins are allowed per user by default. Schools and homeschool cooperatives may contract for greater login access during the membership period.

Support: Your first line of support is found in the Teaching Tools section. In our effort to help our customers, we accept suggestions for added support materials. Let us know if anything needs to be clarified.

Guarantee: We guarantee our products will help your student(s) gain reading confidence within the first month of implementation and beyond (implementation requires using the product for at least 5 days per week with a child, over a period of 4 weeks). NOTE: We do not guarantee that each student will finish an entire reading series in one month, since individuals may have different rates of learning.

Refunds: If you have used the materials consistently for 4 weeks after purchase without experiencing your beginner(s) showing a sense of reading confidence and excitement, a full refund may be requested BEFORE the 45th day after purchase, but not on or after that date. In an effort to improve the experience for future customers, we ask for a description of your experience with the product. We may also contact you for more details if needed.

Alterations to These Terms: These terms are current as of March 20, 2025. They may be updated as needed, without advanced notice to customers.
